Political CampaigningDigital Political Campaigning Agency in Punjab
Easten Mediatech helps candidates, parties and public representatives in Punjab plan and run political campaigns: strategy, content, social media, advertising and voter outreach, all within the rules of the Election Commission.
What is digital political campaigning?
Digital political campaigning means using websites, social media, video, search and messaging platforms to explain a candidate’s work and agenda, listen to voters and reach them where they already spend their time. It works alongside ground campaigning such as rallies, door-to-door visits and booth management, not instead of it. The strongest campaigns plan both together.
Our political campaigning services in Punjab
How we run a campaign
- Discovery. We study the constituency, the candidate’s work, the competition and the issues that matter locally.
- Strategy and message. One clear message, a content plan and a calendar built around the election schedule.
- Content. Videos, reels, graphics and copy, fact-checked before they go out.
- Compliant publishing. Disclaimers, platform verification and pre-certification where required.
- Monitoring and reporting. Regular reports on reach, engagement and response so the team can adjust.
Where we work
Our office is in SAS Nagar (Mohali), and we plan campaigns for constituencies across Punjab, including Majha, Malwa and Doaba, and cities such as Mohali, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar and Patiala. We cover Vidhan Sabha (Assembly), Lok Sabha, municipal and panchayat elections, and ongoing outreach for sitting representatives between elections.
Punjab’s next Assembly election is due in early 2027. Research, messaging, content and approvals take weeks, so the best time to start planning is well before the schedule is announced.
Our campaign principles
- We follow the Model Code of Conduct and the instructions of the Election Commission of India and the State Election Commission, Punjab.
- We never promise or guarantee election results.
- No fake profiles, bots, purchased followers or fake engagement.
- No hate speech, no appeals on religion, caste, community or language, and no false statements about other candidates.
- Political ads carry the required disclaimers and, where required, go through pre-certification.
- Voter data is handled lawfully and only with consent. We do not buy or sell voter data.

Frequently asked questions
What does a digital political campaigning agency do?
It plans and runs the online side of a campaign: research, messaging, content, social media, paid ads, voter outreach and reporting. Easten Mediatech also supports the offline side, including ground surveys and outdoor advertising.
Can you guarantee that my candidate will win?
No. No agency can, and we do not make that promise. Results depend on the candidate, the work done on the ground, the issues and the voters. What we can do is make sure your message is clear, consistent and reaches the right people lawfully.
How much does a political campaign cost?
It depends on the election, the size of the constituency, the duration and the scope of work. Share these details on WhatsApp and we will suggest a plan and a quote. We provide itemised bills and campaign reports so your team can maintain the election expenditure account.
Do digital political ads need approval?
Often yes. Political advertisements on electronic media generally need pre-certification by the Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC), and platforms such as Google and Meta have their own verification and disclaimer rules. We build this time into the campaign calendar. See our ECI compliance guide.
Do you work only in Punjab?
Our current focus is Punjab, where our team is based and knows the local language, issues and media.
